ABSTRATCS

Session co‐chairs who will represent AEESP members from USF and other universities will be selected for each track before abstracts are selected. We plan to have one invited paper per track and these individual and topics will be identified before the call for abstracts is released to the AEESP membership. Session co‐chairs will review the submitted abstracts and select papers by making recommendations to Drs. Cunningham and Trotz.

Applicants will be required to submit abstracts on‐line 4‐5 months prior to the conference date. A later deadline will be provided for student poster submissions, to allow for the submission of late‐breaking research by students. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by session chairs and recommendations will be made to the USF conference co‐chairs. Applicants for oral and poster presentations will be evaluated to ensure they meet the conference themes, are diverse in terms of rank, gender, race, and geographical location, and have a high standard for research, education, and practice. We also want to make sure that our new assistant professor members have opportunities to present their work with a talk, and not poster. We will thus make every effort to strike an appropriate balance between junior and senior faculty presenters for oral presentations.
